A Dove at the Window

This book , by Vera Glenn, is a collection of ADCs (After Death Communications) – dreams, visions and feelings of loved ones who are in the other world. One of the best of many books on the subject.

From Vera’s book

“One of the most important things that Swedenborg tells us is that we live in two worlds at the same time, although we are mostly unconscious of the world where our spirit dwells. A living dream or a vision is a moment of consciousness of the spiritual world. For a very brief period we look through the window to see into that realm which is as real – no, more real than the natural world.”

For reasons unknown, not everyone is blessed with ADCs. However, reading about those who are can bring reassurance and some peace. These quotes from her book tell of the effects on experiencers.

“…he felt convinced that his wife had come to let him know that there was a Heaven, and she was waiting for him there.”

“The dream left me with a happy feeling that he is still protecting me.”

“I’m still amazed at the impact this dream had on me. I went and woke the children to tell them while I still felt the strength of it.”

“This experience changed the focus of his life. From that time on he began to look forward to life after death and to prepare to meet his wife again.”

“I felt a tingle of pure joy that ran through my body from head to toe, like electricity. I thought to myself – ‘To eternity’.”

“… he felt convinced that his wife had come to let him know that there was a Heaven, and she was waiting for him there.”

“I carry this vision with me in my heart, and I never worry about him or death anymore.”

Perhaps there is an ADC in your future. If not I hope these descriptions will reassure you that your spouse still lives and waits for you. These are provided by the Lord, not just to serve the experiencer, but also the rest of us who read or hear about them.
