Prayer

From “Learning to Pray” By Kurt Ho. Asplundh

“A morning prayer can prepare us for a day of use, reminding us of spiritual and eternal values above the pressing needs of the day. It can help us think about the providence of the Lord that will continually lead us throughout the day.

An evening prayer can set our mind at rest following the turmoil of the day’s external and selfish states. It can help us bind up the wounds of spiritual battles lost or won.

Daily prayer is a powerful reminder that each day of our life is in the Lord’s hands.”
